Use your mobile to record TV

mobilerec.jpgDigital video recorder (DVR) provider TiVo has teamed with mobile operator Verizon Wireless to allow users to control TV recording on their set top box via their mobile phone. This provides an addition to the current Yahoo website TV guide that can also be used to select programs for recording on the TiVo DVR. Users download an application to compatible phones and pay US$1.99 monthly for the convenience. I guess the product could also help if you are sitting on the couch and cant find the remote control…
